It is high-time to start blogging again.

5 Hang Power Cleans
5 Push Press
5 Pullups
10 Situps
I did 115# for the Hang Cleans and Push Press.

The fifth round of Hang Cleans was murder. Grip failure was the limiting factor. The two lifts with close grip pullups was scorching my forearms.
