Burpees

I have done a lot of them since Lisa came home.

She was finishing the "100 Day Burpee Challenge."  There was a three day backlog so one day we did 288 of them.  That was rugged.  The next day was 21-15-9 of front squat, burpees and pullups. . . I did that WOD twice.

So 378 burpees in two days.  Pretty awesome, right?

For tomorrow:

Practice Handstands
then

5 RFT
25 Double Unders
15 Back Extensions
10 GHD situps


That will do.

    Row 500 meters
    21 Cleans @65#
    21 Kettlebell swings @35#
    Row 500 meters
    15 Thrusters @65#
    15 Pullups
    Row 500 Meters
    9 Press @65#
    9 Burpees

    I think that the weight was 65# it could have been 75#. I still haven't figured out which bars weight what at the gym.

    Monday
    I did the WOD that is above with DUs, Back Extensions and GHD situps

    Rounds 1,3 and 4 went well but 2 and 5 were a struggle with DUs. Back Extensions hurt more than I remember. I think I used to do a lot of hip extensions which are easier on the erector spinae.
