    I can do them every-other! Next step, stringing them together.

    50 squats (butt to ball and a band around my knees)

    I had a time. I don't recall it. I wish I could make thus work in my real life schedule. I NEED to figure it out.

    HSPU skills
    10 RFT or 20 min AMRAP
    Weighted squats, 35# KB x 10
    Burpee long jump, the length of the gym
    One legged squats, 5 each leg

    I completed 4 rounds plus squats and burpee jumps

    And I dragged him to the gym. :)
    Skill - overhead squats (10x3 with PVC) and some kind of press while squatting (I could neither pronounce it nor spell it - 5x3 with PVC)

    WOD

    then sled push across the gym and back, and a shuttle run, twice times three rounds

    THIS GYM FITS ME. I wish I could take it to Hawaii.
