WOD:

In 9 minutes complete 50 Burpees then row as far as you can with what remains of the 9 minutes.  If you don't have access to a rower then run.

  1. I forgot to post the Warmup of Row 750 meters (run 600 meters) and the Cashout of 25 Box Jumps and 35 Situps.

    My WOD score for the Burpees/Row was 1270 meters.

  3. That is great! It was a handsome box. I am always wishing that I had built one while I was there. I don't have a table saw and I think that is the key piece of gear. I will probably end up buying one someday. I would really like to buy a set of "Plyo-safe" blocks/pads but they cost over $1000 for the set. As long as I have access to a jumping place or box I will be happy.
