Back into things

It is high-time to start blogging again.

The WOD for today:

5 Rounds for time

5 Hang Power Cleans
5 Push Press
5 Pullups
10 Situps

  1. I did 115# for the Hang Cleans and Push Press.

    The fifth round of Hang Cleans was murder. Grip failure was the limiting factor. The two lifts with close grip pullups was scorching my forearms.
