500 Club

Lisa and Candis, congratulations on your lifting! 

Now that our Paleo challenge is over we have to do "Fran" again.  My total score for the 62 days was 359 which was one point shy of averaging 40 points a week, but we also shorted the last week by a day.  Not quite 6 points per day on average.  There were a number of zeroes in there.  In the end I shed 15.5 pounds of something.

    After the first 40 lunges, my legs were screaming! But I pressed through! 17:something. Not bad.

    Then I did my 41 burpees while cleaning up all the trash the DynCorp guys left behind after they set up our equipment. Jackasses. . . .

    Then 2.0 miles on the elliptical, lvl 10, random, 15 +3 mins.

    Then 42 burpees, in sets of 10.

    I'm pooped.

    WE NEED MORE WODS! We love you and thank you. Take your time, we are going to work in a tabata this week and the card game. Nice. We are becoming self-sufficient.
