Void

I have nothing. 

I can land on a topic.

There is nothing coming out of me on any of them.  I don't want to cheat anyone out of a workout however. 

Just remember to always do your best.  Leave nothing on the field.  No regrets.

    95-115-125-135-145 which turns out to be a PR for both 3RM and 1RM as I have never actually done a max for power cleans. Squat cleans and clean and jerk, yes. Power Cleans, no. So 145 for a 3RM PR. Yeah!

    7:20 for the metcon. HSPU were the slow down and my range of motion wasn't stellar. I am sure some of my reps would have been no reps in the Crossfit games. I hadn't worked these in a while though, so it was a good reminder to start mixing them into warmups and cooldowns.

  3. For the record, I do remember tossing around some heavy weights for power cleans, but I never recorded the weights. I know it was never more than 155 for even a 1RM, but I think that 155 was a "(F)" for fail. So I will happily take 145 as the 1 RM since it probably is an actual PR anyway. I know it is for 3RM. This is far and away the highlight of my day.
