Spring has sprung

So it is spring now.  I am thinking that I might do 2012 Box Jumps for the year.  Yeah, right! 

I am bottling a Riesling on Wednesday.  That is my "big event." 

The WOD:

21-15-9
Deadlift
Thrusters
Situps

I am thinking that I might go with 185 on the DL and 95 on the thrusters.  That would put it at 135 and 65 for females.  Scale as necessary according to ability and available equipment.

    We did this WOD today--I tapped out yesterday morning, Candis overslept and Colleen simply gave up on us.

    I added 10-9-8-7-6-5-4-3-2-1 (breaths) handstands as well. Who doesn't like handstands? I love them! We also ran--outside--last night at our new camp. Pretty awesome. And I'm very excited to do it more! Woohoo!
