    Deck O' Cards

    Hearts: Air squats
    Diamonds: Lunges
    Spades: V-sits
    Clubs: Pushups
    Jokers: 25 burpees

    Kyle made it! So we each picked an exercise and pulled out two decks of cards. I got both jokers for my/Candis' deck; should Kyle and Colleen have children, they will be burpee freaks of nature (Colleen is fast/Kyle is bouncy like Tigger). Good WOD. Always fun.

    I did rest yesterday . . . with the exception of (11) burpees for Day 11 and (2) chin-ups, I just HAD to do it.

    G: We do work in your WODs. We won't be able to do most of the running ones, though. Our set-up here simply isn't conducive. We mod when we can.

    We ate steak last night at the Italian compound. They brought out (2) T-bones for each of us! Oh my. Delicious. A steak not pulled from a pool of water. Fantastic. . . .

  2. By the way, I need a yoga day. I am so tight. So tight.

    I ate LIKE UTTER CRAP yesterday. Not even kidding: finished 3/4 BIG bar of Hersheys, dipped in peanut butter of course; two chocolate chip cookies; and a piece of cake. No kidding. MUST NOT EAT CRAP. MUST NOT EAT CRAP.

    Ooh, ooh. Tonight is game night. Yeah! Boys versus girls. We are so grown up!
