5 Front Squats (75/45)
10 Pullups
15 Pushups
20 Situps
25 Push Press (75/45)

Then run for a while.

    I added some weight to the front squats (95#) but everything else as Rx'd. The push press were the BIG slowdown today. The weight was too high for 125 reps. I am smoked, even though most of the time was PP.
