Thursday December 15

27-18-9

Push Press
Burpees
Floor Wipers (once to each side is a rep. . .kind of like a lap vs. a length. . . we want laps)

The burpees are sure to be the smoker on this one.  It will be awesome!

I am still breathing heavy and I just froze up the computer, shut it down, restarted and checked on the girls in their beds. . . 75# for Push Press and held that overhead (overchest) for floor wipers. Burpees weren't bad, but man are my lungs burning. I need to run more I think but with the school break its going to be CFEndurance time. Track and so forth. Right now I believe its the oxidative pathway that could use the most work whereas previously it was my strength. Re-finding the balance is key. Strength is good. Ability to keep up intensity is good. . . VO2 max is a struggle I think. Anyway, good WOD. 21-15-9 would probably be plenty if you read the comments first, but its up to you.

    33:11. I guess I am missing the intensity part. I knew I was going slow, but not 2x as slow! That's how it goes. I am doing okay on extra cardio. I just need to amp up, I guess. I never was a sprinter. I need to check technique for floor wipers. They were awkward at best.
